Arena eFootball is a skill-based esports platform, not a betting platform. We do not offer odds, betting markets, or wagers on chance-based outcomes. Paid features are configurable by jurisdiction and may be unavailable where the required legal, payment, age, or compliance conditions are not met.
Use one account, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and do not bypass age, location, identity, payment, suspension, or self-exclusion controls. Paid competition features are generally for adults and may require identity verification.
Each tournament publishes its game, version, platform, format, schedule, participant limits, check-in window, evidence requirements, refund policy, and prize distribution. Critical rules are intended to be frozen once registration begins.
Matches are played in eFootball. A player may submit a result, the opponent may confirm or dispute it, and approved evidence or human review may be used when scores conflict. Do not submit false results or fabricated evidence.
Collusion, match fixing, multiple accounts, account sharing, bots, fabricated evidence, harassment, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, and attempts to bypass jurisdiction or payment controls are prohibited. We may void results, reverse prizes, freeze funds, suspend accounts, or report unlawful conduct.
Prize amounts, fees, eligibility, KYC checks, payment processing, tax treatment, and withdrawal availability follow the published event rules and applicable jurisdiction controls. A displayed prize is not a guarantee that a withdrawal is legally or operationally available.
eFootball is owned and operated by its publisher. Arena eFootball is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publisher. Game servers, availability, in-game behavior, and game-specific terms remain outside Arena's control.
We may update these terms as the service and law evolve. Continued use after a material update means you accept the revised terms. Contact the Arena eFootball team through the support channel associated with your account.
